Old Sketch Book

Today, I cleaned up some of my stuffs to sort things which that still can be used or not. In all of that stuffs, I found an old sketchbook from my second semester last year. I'm not the type who kept sketchbooks before ( I know, it's a bad habit as I can use them for my portfolio) and I didn't expect to still have this sketchbook. So, since I use this blog every now and then, I figured that those sketches should be stored in this A.R.C as some kind of portfolio. Most of the sketches I used black ball-point pen to give me the vibe of quick sketches.

A piece that I like but didn't finish it. I lost the reference to this picture and although I'm a big fan of Star Wars, I still can't draw Bobba Fett without any reference.

During this time, I'm a fans of DC TV series "Arrow" and I admire Oliver Queen so much more than Bruce Wayne. Unfortunately, the show went south and I stopped watching altogether.

"Red Hood", I drew this when he was announced to be released as one of the fighter in "Injustice 2" game and he was really great. I had fun playing him in the game and he is one of my favourite.

Couple of Star Wars's pieces. Sir Fawwaz, my Drawing lecturer is a huge fan of Star Wars and the drawings are meant for him to check.

"Reaper/Gabriel Reyes", I can't say that he is my main in "Overwatch" game but I like using him and quite good at him. His ultimate, "Death Blossoms" is my favourite in the game and it is very cool.

So, one night I asked my friend what should I draw in my sketchbook and he answered, "Hellboy". I drew him immediately and it turned out to be a good piece.

"Joker", who doesn't like him huh? Although he is a villain but his characteristic was far more superior than "Batman" himself. I like the maniacal talk and laughter of his, so as his philosophy on things.

I'm not a fan of "Lord of The Rings" and I don't even finished the first movie. But I drew "Gollum" because it has a complexion that can be shown perfectly through drawing.

I also have some of speed gesture drawings in this sketchbook. I drew this in class when my lecturer would call each one of us to pose in front of the class while the others draw the poses in given time.

I am going to start some new sketches in several sketchbooks so I'll put much more drawings in future as another posts. Stay tune guys!
